Since one can heal the liver in a variety of ways, coffee enemas are not a necessity... but for those of us who utilize them for various reasons...(for me, it was particularly a long road educating myself about the centuries old use of enemas for healing and getting over my aversion to the idea)...we find it amazing how fast we can see results and how easy & quick those results can be.

Another function of coffee enemas is for immediate pain relief. Dr. Gerson (and other natural healers that have utilized them since they were discovered in WWI by field nurses desperately searching for pain relief for the wounded), found that they're a very effective way to assist people to get off of pharmaceutical pain medications (which are extremely liver toxic).

Knowledge is the key to vibrant health...there's no such thing as 'too much' of either! Once you've got knowledge, you can make great decisions on what protocols & methodology are best for you :)
