It is not irresponsible for Charlie to withhold information about the exact combination of his product. The ingredients have been made know about one of his combinations; but not to the point of disclosing the quantities. I'll bet he wishes that he could patent protect that information. Disclosing, at least, the ingredients allows the patient to determine whether they are allergic and can consult further with Charlie.
I have reaction to stinging nettles or other blood thinning herbs, which I would have hoped would clear my sinuses; so I only ask that such things be altered in any formula made for me. Such things as this requires the patient to be diligent in consultation with a healer such as Charlie.
Saying that Charlie is irresponsible is silly. I find him very cautious.
