I think two options would be nice. Maybe option #s 1 and 3.
Many of us like to watch our pennies so that we can afford to continue to feed and nourish our bodies with quality food over time. I'm like that, so I'd choose option #3 if it wasn't a compromise to the quality of the product.
Other people might be very ill or fatigued and might not have the energy to do any of the work. Plus, in that case, those individuals would probably want to get started quickly. So, a no-cook, overnight option would be nice.
