Re: clean colon with food?

In this modern world of ours, I come across a good many people who want to see or hear scientific proof that this cleanse or that herbal support does what is being claimed.

Is there something hard about believing that labarotory testing is highly expensive?  How about that pharmaceutical companies pay for labarotory testing even in university labs?  IF they are looking at herbs, they are looking at the phytochemicals for isolation ... PFFFT

The older Drs, like John Christopher, all stated health begins in the colon and lock-stock-and-barrel we buy that.  Charlie's research showed that a healthy liver, good bile production made for a healthy colon.  IT MAKES PERFECT SENSE TO ME.......  I don't even understand you having a problem with it.
