OK. I got it. You are NOT a broken record. Sometimes it just takes that extra push, that extra information, data arranged in a specific pattern. It's not good to poke fun at stupid people. It's not like we can take our parents to court to sue them for making us stupid. LOL! I've worked with computers for so long, it takes a great deal of energy to work with a human. Humans are chaotic.

Anyway, it is good to know that I won't have to diagnose my situation prior to working with you. I'm escaping my home until June 28; so my hands are tied right now.
