Sorry, I should've been more specific - I do know that I have candida, I believe I may have leaky gut/parasites. You are right I suspect liver myself... but I have to admit that the more I read on these forums, the less I feel I know. I'm also a little leary after reading all the many accounts of things gone awry with liver cleansing and am feeling scared to start. I have such bad trouble with my body's elimination anyhow that to make it worse seems like purgatory. Would the liver cleanse be more tolerable if I did several rounds of bowel/parasite cleanses first? I know it's hard for you to say definitively when you've never met me, but it doesn't hurt to ask!
