Re: scammers
I find it hilarious the language phishers think will attract my attention.
My husband once replied to one Nigerian fellow that dh's lawyer and he would be there next month to pick up the money.

With telephoners, I just tell them I have no money, period...which is true.
After a while you get deleted from the telephoning list.
Someone mentioned that, when a computer calls you, all you have to do is hit star 6, or something, and it confuses the computer into erasing your name from the list...though it hasn't worked for me.
When someone calls, I remember that the person likely needs the job, and I try not to abuse them...while remaining firm.
Another thing computers are doing is calling without saying anything. Apparently the companies are trying to determine what time of day you will answer the phone in person...or anything from a laundry list of other possible determinations.
It is sad, I think, that marketers spend so much time and effort making lists, when all they have to do, to make a fortune, is to offer quality product, and tell the whole truth...at an affordable price.
Then they couldn't keep up with the orders!
