Yes, we rate each other, is that not the only fair way of doing it?

By the way, I must point out, you must agree that Tony's articles most definitely deserve the ratings they receive.  They are exceptional.

And.......... speaking of fair...........  There are instances where Tony tells me that I have rated him too high and to please drop it down a bit.  To this, I credit his modesty.

Actually, he deservest these ratings and even more, and for the life of me I cannot understand why he is not getting these ratings in the News and other forums.

And as a sidenote, we also rate posts from other members with quality information.
