Thanks Maya - though Im already happy with my body I always love to listen to Abraham about anything.

I loved when Abraham said if contradictory thoughts enter our mind to STOP right in the middle and say to yourself something along the lines of "Wait - I already decided that I ..." :-) You made a decision already, its a done deal!

It applies to everything, and is something I will apply if applicable.
