"You have me mixed up with someone else. You need to use the King James version to understand me."

I responded to a post by beej - if that's you one moment and not the next, then I can understand where you're coming from.

The KJV of the bible was not written in the language of England that was in use at the time that it was published.  It was antique when it hit the streets.  Yet there are ministers today in the USA who refuse to use anything else.  It was "translated" by more than 50 translators and nobody, but nobody can find what they were translating from.  No one knows what they used for a source.   If you would like more information on the KJV of the bible, read "The Hidden King James Bible: What the Translators Didn't Want You to Know."  Yet I can use the words of Jesus from KJV and follow a path to salvation without a problem, but there are far better translations available.

One who is reluctant to change has sure picked a horrible time to be on the planet.
