It is my understanding that the action by the Texas Attorney General's Office is going very badly for M****tech. If the company does change its explanation about how A*******e works then they are in serious jeopardy of losing their patent. Their patent was based on the eight essential Sugar theory. Without this foundation, their product is equivalent to peanut butter and jelly which nobody can patent. I imagine the people at G*********n and the other glyco companies are looking very closely at what happens. Tweet
