When growing a beef properly with male and female-----it cost a small fortune--surely 5x more than you could ever sale the beef for.
GMO CORN everything is subsidized - to insure every toxic commercial food is not going to end well for the consumer.
There are those that still eat liver and heart--as well as tongue and brisket...in rare situations, there are a few that want the male parts of the bulls----and even more rare, a few that may use other internal parts.
Each cow needs 5 acres of land---not odd to cost $10,000 per acre now.
That 5 acre per cow needs strong "fence', not cheap.
That land needs water and when up north, it requires "open" water during the winter months!
GOV / Commercial cow/dairy/beef farmers "ALL" get large sums of free $$$, subsidies----BIG $$ just for growing GMO/HORMONE Corn--- and they must give lots of hormone and anti-biotic injections so the fatted meat has the marble affect gov wants---corn-fat.
1960 Texas M.D. / Cattle Rancher wrote a book called- The Man that looked at hands! In that book, he educated that you eat corn fed cattle and the corn can be found in your heart once your dead---modern corn/heart books all say corn is bad----1 rare book says it was corn and not apple that was the forbidden fruit--but corn is a grass, so that translation was surely wrong.
Commercial beef is corn/drug beef, no matter how they slice it, dry it, cook it or serve it......PERIOD! They are that "organized"---
Corn fed dairy cows fills the slave's food stores-----millions of old drugged up dairy cows---when those are cut up---they are loaded with large chunks of hard purple tumors---literally tons of it at small facilities. Sold in large markets as prime beef....
REAL BEEF, drug free, enough land to live on---is barely exist for 1 simple reason, the farmer will loose thousands $ on each beef and worse yet---no one will buy it--the slaves want the $2.50 per pound super market hamburger that has a large % of hog and chicken fat in it.
$$$$ drives demand, even if they read that such disgusting beef could make them very sick..
REAL BEEF, the most expensive....you give away the heart, liver tongue or give to the dogs.
Take all the good and have it all de-boned and DOUBLE GROUND--after it has hung for 30 days-----this is all GROUND STEAK and cost the most due to the labor of processing.
If you buy beef from a store or in a restaurant---you get what you get---you get it from a fast food place---you get more fat than anything else and it may not even be cow fat----the old video food.com was a good example years ago--
Real Beef is so hard to sale---because the gov makes people buy a 1/4 or 1/2 etc..today people have no freezers or just do not cook in home that much.
To have a beef de-boned and double grounded steak burger can cost as much as the beef its self----
Ground / whole beef / steak burger is the "best" way to consume beef......
The gov subsidizes all their friends--to insure the consumer slaves buy and consume the worse meats possible--loaded with corn and drugs.
Naturally commercial is not about to allow a beef to hang for 30 days---no way on earth, they are cutting up millions----they fill with water, coloring and who knows what all---
Because few to none want real beef, my dogs often get 2# packages of RAW STEAK BURGER!
WHEN having a beef processed you give them a plastic barrel for fat/bones----at least 100+ Pounds of bones and fats---dog LOVE IT!
