Amazing how older people, all at the same time in the usa---experienced being "dizzy", falling and lots of chest congestion!
Makes ya wonder how they can spread something 1,000+ miles in all directions at the same time-----maybe something called---chem trails--- can not honestly say I have heard from 1 that is not living on city water..or not inside a city.
EVERY ailment, every problem with the skin, every odd thing you feel, notice about your health----is a sign your toxic/constipated (same thing)----
Prevention is such an easier way to live...actually, the only real way to live!
Waiting to get sick and then after it does not go away---is a poor solution and most expensive solution---especially for those heavy metal folks that do not believe they are loosing their memory every day--little by little until 1 thing they can't remember hour to hour and then 1 thing, they do not know their own name, can never go anywhere because they are "lost" 24/7 the rest of their life---normally thanks to their d______t.

BOTH WOULD BE "WATER" EXTRACTS (TEA)
YOU CAN DRINK THE POWDERS OR CHOOSE TO "STRAIN".
THE HOT WATER COULD DISSOLVE PARTS OF THE HERB THAT COLD WATER DID NOT.
MOST PEOPLE WOULD USE THE HOT WATER / TEA METHOD
I USE A 8 GALLON TEA MAKER WITH DIGITAL CONTROL FOR HEAT
I NEVER HAVE TRIED COLD WATER TEA MAKING BEYOND THE FAD WHERE YOU MAKE "SUN" TEA.

I USE A STIR CUP, THE SIMPLE SHAKER CUP WORKS--I CONSUME SEVERAL LARGE SPOONS OF POWDERED HERBS EVERY DAY--EVERY DAY! I DO NOT BOTHER SOAKING OR WARMING THE HERB POWDERS---I SHOW THAT ON THE WEBSITE MADE FOR THIS FORUM 25 YEARS AGO AND BEEN REBUILT FROM SCRATCH OVER THE PAST YEAR--NOW THAT THE CUREZONE WAS RESUSCITATED AND THEY EXPELLED THE TROLLS OR AT LEAST THE TROLLS ARE OBEYING.
I am sure there are still some goodies in the soaked powdered herb on the bottom of the tea cup, right ? or ?
I NEVER THROW AWAY THE POWDERS--JUST DRINK IT ALL, I AM RIGHT NOW! I MAKE 8 GALLON OF HERBAL TEA AND USE THAT TEA IN A STIR CUP AND THEN AD TABLESPOONS OF HERB POWDERS EVERY TIME..
