I've been on the Type 0 plan since Feb 4th...as of today, 2 months. I lost 5
pounds in the first week but that is all. I feel good but would really like to see some
pounds fall off since I'm not cheating on it at all and really sticking to the plan. I'll have to say I hate exercise and would really rather not having to do it but I have read where I have to. So this week I have started doing heavy aerobics. I weight 135 and I'm 5'1. I want to at least see 125 one day. Does anyone know how fast this diet will work because I'm becoming frustrated.
