Day 24 - Breakfast!
Date: 10/4/2006 11:06:20 AM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 3740 times So I just got up and made a carrot/apple juice (no pulp added). I'm going to go for a run in an hour or so, then make a juice with pulp, and eat an apple soon after.
I've got to run one more time while fasting, it feels so good. Like I'm a light little kid again that could run forever. The few other times I've run on this fast I've cut it to 3 or 4 km, not wanting to push it too hard, but today I think I'll go 10. Get my circulation going deeper than ever before and loosen up the remaining crap in me.
Speaking of which, I still had mucus etc. coming out last night, but not nearly like before.
Last night it was harder to get to sleep than any Christmas Eve when I was a kid. So today it's like I woke up on Christmas and am savouring the moment before getting to the presents! I can't explain how good I feel today!
