weight loss
Date: 5/20/2006 2:34:08 PM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 2803 times Well, the scale has NOT budged in 5 days....Pretty frustrated, which means I have hit a plateau. I am for some reason steadfast on 163.6. I KNOW my body is not telling me, ok you are at your goal weight. And I can't believe that. So, am going to hang tight and continue. Been reading some plateau articles, so I have integrated some changes with diet AND work out. I had to remember I have pretty much eating the same items, BUT also doing the same workouts in almost the same order and my body has adjusted to it.
Although I am happy with the 17 pound weight loss, I need to get at least 30 more off. I am 5'2". So, I also take measurements and I'll see how they fair on MOnday when I report to my weight loss group. Not giving up, just a little frustrated. All I can do is keep it up! And hope that it will eventually start to come off again.....
Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what did you do about it?
