Liver Flush Tricks, Tips and Advice From An Experienced Flusher
As far as drinking the olive oil, dont' try to gulp the stuff down just because you want to lay down & get into position faster. You can make your stomach spin like that and you might get less stones.

Take malic acid. That is the biggest and most simple advice I can give you. Buy one of those bottles that have 800mg's per pill and a week before your first flush, start taking them. Lets face it: Liver flushes aren't fun. They occupy your whole weekend and why get 10 stones out when you can get 100 out? Or why get 100 out when you can get 500 out and end up neededing to do less flushes in the end? I took a couple pills after every meal and it made all the difference. When I first started cleansing, I didn't use it. Then when I had gotten to my 6th flush, I was only gettting 150 pea & bb bullet sized stones. Then I took Malic Acid and I got out hundreds of stones, many of them were large marble sized stones. During one flush, I stopped taking malic acid & got almost nothing. When I took malic acid on the following flush, I got out an egg sized stone. I couldn't believe it.
As far as drinking the olive oil, don't try to gulp the stuff down just because you want to lay down & get into position faster. You can make your stomach spin like that and you might get less stones. Your stomach won't let the oil pass down into the intestines if it gets too upset. Take sips unless the taste doesn't bother you. The taste is too powerful for me to do that. Yuck. I keep my grapefruit or lemon in separate glasses in each hand and sip one and then the other until it's gone or until my body tells me it can't handle any more.
Also, if you do feel like purging the day after....do so. You will feel so much better afterwards because at that point, you've already got all the stones you're going to get. Af your belly gets upset, it will close off the opening to the intestines, not letting the oil pass. The first time that happened to me, I made a big mistake--I tried drinking a glass of water and the oil just rose to the top and my stomach then let the water through to my intestines and then the oil went right back to the bottom of my belly. lol..
Flush Position--I always lay on my back. They say to do it for 20 minutes, but I layed down and watched a couple movies straight because I couldn't get to sleep & since I had so many stones, I could feel them coming out even 2-3 hours later. I have found it better to stay in that position as long as I can stand it. Then I roll over to my right side and try to sleep with my kees bent to help release any that might be left.
Water--Please drink lots of water the day of your flush. Epson salts are really dehydrating and I started getting charlie horses in both feet and was in severe pain. Plus I got bad dizzy spells and had to hold onto the walls to get to the bathroom. When I drank lots of water the day of the flush, there wasn't that kind of dehydration.
Also Milk Thistle Seed extract is a great herb to take. G.A.I.A.(pronounced
guy-yu) is what I've taken. It comes in liquid caps and they will help your liver heal faster after the flush. Don't use it up to the day before a flush because it might prevent you from getting the maximum amount of stones possible.
Every flush you do will make you healthier, but it is not always noticeable on the first flush. From my experience and what I've heard from others, it's usually around the third flush that you will really notice a difference. Then every 3-4 flushes will be a new turning point in your health....Once you've gotten into the grove of liver flushing, colonics, eating right, etc, you will feel a little better each day. Depending on how severe your health issues are is how long that will take. If you are really unhealthy as I was and do the right things, it will probably take a little more than a year. If you don't have a serious dis-ease, you'll get better even faster. Don't get discouraged by thinking, "Oh no, only a little bit better each day?" That "little bit better" will make you so happy.
