I'm getting a little disinchanted with all these alternative approaches. I use ozone, drink the water and use a sauna; I do Liver Flushes every two weeks for 3 months; I recently got a termnator II and have been using it like 15 hours a day for 2 weeks. THus far, I notice NO CHANGE (subjective or objective) in terms of how I feel, 'feeling more energy, less energy..etc. IN FACT, I notice absolutely nothing different in my life other then being close to $1000.00 lighter in my pocketbook...(not even a 'healing or dying off' effect... Is this stuff just a ripe off? or some hokes? I do get 'stones' but still can't help but wonder if its just not the olive oil and bile emulsifying. I have diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol and stiff joints.. but no relief for anything. I've have my lab tests last week and there is absolutely no difference despite all the 'healthy changes' I've make in my life (exercise more, eat more fruits and veg. etc. I've done most of every herb or concocion immaginable..hoping for just a lift in energy or general well being.. SO whats the problem? I follow protocols etc. and its been over 2 months, close to three without any significant change.. GEEZ.. THIS IS GETTING OLD.
