HIV & ACV & Hot Stuff

Hot Stuff or African Tonic: Use 1 litre (quart or so) raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar, 3 whole cloves of organic garlic, one piece of ginger root, 25 Gms. of turmeric powder, 50 Gms. of chili powder, 100 Gms. blackstrap molasses, 25 Gms. cinnamon powder, 10 Gms. Fenugreek powder, 10 Gms. thyme powder. Crush ginger and garlic then add all ingredients into a glass jar. Cover and steep for 10 days then strain. Use a plastic or glass lid on the jar because vinegar reacts with metal. Sprinkle over food or mix in water.
