Aloe Colon Clense without a Colonic

You drink 5 ounces of aloe vera three times a day before meals. Between meals you drink 4 ounces of aloe vera with cranberry and papaya, 1 ounce of an herbal brew (aloe, camomile, golden seal, yellow doc, coconut oil, and potassium salt), and a tablespoon of powdered psyllium husks, (licorice, and hibiscus). Mix that up, drink it, and follow it with a glass of water. That does the trick."
