It all depends on your adherence to the program and keeping hydrated and nourished.

Figure that each McCocktail contains about 110 calories or so...better concentrate
on FULL STRENGTH 2+2 lemonades a few times an hour. I wouldn't worry about straight water at work. You can consume as much lemonade as necessary.
The first 2-4 days are historically the toughest ,so the suggestion of starting
on a weekend is encouraged.
Once you get in the zone, after day 3-4 your body will adapt to the cleanse and your routine during it.
Your best assurance / insurance of a successful cleanse with fewer bumps is to adhere to the program as tight as possible.
Every component of the cleanse serves an integral role and should be followed .
If you are trying to reduce then sticking to the program is super important. Once in the zone your body will shift into fat burning gear, only if the formula is stuck with...use the finest ingredients...organic ,natural and pure. Get C grade
maple.
My biggest mistake, ever, on the cleanse was to skip...it's easy to feel good for a few hours ,yet end up crashing hard from over doing it. Sleeping burns 50 calories an hour so you can imagine heavy exercising or labor demanding 10 times more calories.
You may want to do the entire cleanse on molasses instead of maple syrup...much more nutrition. Tough on the bod to shift midstream in the cleanse though, so best
to stick to one.
