By the grace of our wonderful host Spirit, there is now a new forum called the V forum. It was borne out of a desire to keep this VWT forum a bit more tidy, for folks who come here to learn about Iodine Supplementation.

Over the past few months, we've had postings of a lot of really good health-related material, that just wasn't Iodine related, but we left it up here on VWT anyhow because it was so intriguing and beneficial to many.

Currently, the plan is to put the ancillary matters that are slightly connected to Iodine over there, such as IP6, Z-water, lithium, etc. and keep VWT a bit cleaner.

A work in progress. No guarantees. It is a creation which will evolve.
