i am providing a link to the portable far infred sauna i can affordable and like to buy. i can not afford anything more nor do i have the room for a large one. has anyone used this ot know someone who did? it has FIR (Far-Infrared-Sauna) panel around and on the feet. Please help!!!
I do not have anything severe just looking to detox and loose weight. i just want to feel healthy.

Yes, this one is good and priced well. A friend of mine has one with ozone added. I believe this would be easy to design at home, simply buy a simple ozone generator for about $60 and place the gasing hose into the sauna bag! These sauna ozone bags run for about $1200, but you can make them at home for $360.

This is a reply to # 962,101THe biomat is portable and you don't have to create space for it. It goes on your bed. Sleep on it and in the morning do your sauna.
