Just my two cents, but I think that body builders and athletes would be safer, perform better and have much better health by using bromelain and suma along with making sure that ample amounts of vital nutrients such as calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, potassium, etc, and trace minerals are inlcuded in their diets and supplementation.
Among many wonderful health benefits, bromelain helps athletes recover from bruises and injury up to 4 times faster and suma has been called "the Russian secret," as it has been taken by Russian Olympic athletes for many years to increase muscle-building and endurance without the side effects associated with steroids.

DQ does that mean there aren't 6556 visitors now but 6555?
hello, you might find I have a couple pieces of information. Japanese observed lemon to greatly reduce lactic acid buildup in muscle I believe and somewhere else it was noted citrus, I think in general, prevents breakdown of tissue for such strength... so effectiveness is in able to see good change from exertion with this. It may be the alkalinity as clued often that that neutralizes ill health or have us gain a giggle!
Not so still, Carolyn
"DQ does that mean there aren't 6556 visitors now but 6555?"
Yes, it could mean that - at least when I am doing double duty. It gets confusing sometimes remembering who I am!
Lemon and citrus? I can see how that would help.
Bromelain comes from the pineapple plant, btw.
Your posts often make me grab a giggle, my friend. And now I must grab a snooze!
Siyanora,

DQ really lol?
hi, btw I use it in that form! The main source of core might be gotten with some of its sides and that might be important compared to extract; similar to egg yolk getting digestion aid from the whites at low temperature bringing a barrier of protection so if choosing to use, all is likely liked.
I smiled at your clever echo of country research with language (accenting reply)
May I not shut door as adios but which can go aka,
Carolyn
p.s. I'm tickled pink motivated to find color myself
I have no idea what country, or planet for that matter, Eyeball or two, may come from - and I am often left wishing for an interpreter. I agree with you in regards to the spelling and punctuation - but perhaps she just thinks in different patterns than most of us are used to. So far, I have detected no harmful intent or any truly scurrilous information.
Maybe the fact that language has been your profession causes you to be a bit frustrated at seeing it used in such a non customary and peculiar way?
I find her posts entertaining, and if she is poking a bit of fun, there is such a thing as harmless fun. I find laughter to be a good medicine and often poke fun myself. But I try to never deliberately poke harrm. I hope the same is true of Eyeball or Two.
