Hello everyone.
I did a flush about about 4 weeks ago and then fell terribly ill for 3 weeks and have finally recovered enough strenght to follow through with a second flush.
My results this time is more measurable as I've collected the excrements (sorry) and tried to filter out the green pea sized lumps that were seen. There was a lot of chaffe and small green pea sized lumps that probably got washed away.
I just bought a camera so I can take pictures of these little guys, catalogue the results, and solicit you wonderful people's professional opinion.
This is my 2nd flush and went pretty much like my first flush. I did the exact same Clark procedure - epsom salt, 1/2 cup olive oil, then 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice, then sleep, next morning, more epsom salt, then had 8 clementines since I was starved and then about noon felt the urge. This time I cleaned up with a store bought saline enema bottle.
I hope I am getting results and am not sure if what I got out is in fact stones. The pea sized green lumps, the larger ones averaging about 1 cm, were fished out and cleaned. Can you
Liver Flush professionals kindly look at the pictures and tell me if you think they are stones? They have a 'squishy' consistency when squeezed, sort of like a solidified wax ball, so they were not rock hard. Would these still be considered
liver stones ? And secondly I didn't noticed any tan colored stones. All of the ones I got were green colored. Inside the stones that I have cut open, there is a crystalline reflective green like mush inside. Are these solidified bile accumulated over the years?
I didn't get the thousands that some people mentioned. And I think I read that you needed to get out something in the order of thousands if I recall correctly before you return to good health. What can I do to increase the amount I get out at each flush?
Anyways, my apologies for all the questions since I am still a newbie at this. Attached are the pictures.
