I was reading about the salt pushes, and many people like to do them before their morning dose of iodine. Should I try that first, or do the evening salt push tonight?

I don't have any brain fog in the daytime, I'm feeling very good in fact. By evening, I'm sometimes bloated, and while my body is tired, my mind is not. This has been due to the Iodine I started. I don't need little naps during the day, and I do childcare in my home (so when the kids napped, I would also sometimes)..I used to like taking those naps..now I'm on the computer or doing something else so it's really nice to not be so fatigued like before.
