Comfrey an cayenne are KING.
Few to none acheive this because they are very active and won't take the rest needed. I personally would start cleansing/fasting and keep the knee wrapped 6 days per week for 9 months if need be with a comfrey style tea/ointment/poultice, etc.. and be taking the BF&C internally as well as 21 mrs. barefoot daily and 3 tablespoons of sorghum molasses.
REST is much needed, the Amish Healer would be wrapping it straight out. He is also known to use bee therapy to speed the process.
