I started my 3 day juice fast with fresh grapefruit juice...which I think will be what I drink all day for my 1st day. Tomorrow will be valencia orange juice from my neighbors tree! I think I'll need about 56 oranges for 1 gallon of juice.

I was wondering if anyone knows how much juice one can consume in a day on a juice fast. I'm thinking 1 gallon, but I will have to drink water too, because it's really hot here, and I could probably overdue it on the juice..or need I worry if I end up drinking 2 gallons of juice in a day?
