Sorry to say, all forms of coconut are out. I tended to eat a lot of Thai food, so was disappointed to learn this, but quickly realized that was why I always felt bloated after a Thai meal.
Organic coconut oil (spectrum naturals brand) is actually recommended for the o Blood Type Diet . However, that is the only form of coconut we can consume. Milk is out, and coconut is out.... So coconut milk is definitely to be avoided.
