One more post tonight, just to help kick-start our forum again...
My son started OP last year to clear his Keratosis Pilaris. It cleared by 85%, a success story for him. What I just learned recently from his wife is that his severe allergy attacks have decreased so much, he no longer misses work because of them and no longer needs his allergy meds. She said, and I have witnessed this, that he would start sneezing and sneeze 10-20 successive times. That has all ended.
As his mother, this is such wonderful news. Who doesn't want the best health for their child?
Because of his experience, my daughter-in-law started OP. She says it has significanty cleared her sinuses. On her busiest mornings when she can't make the time for OP, she is aware of the difference, that she is not clear.
I'm glad I got up the nerve to tell my family about this seemingly unusual practise. You never know who will try it, what it will do for them, and where it will go from there.
