The way I do it, is to put it in a blender with a raw egg. Then dump it over there food. Sometimes I add a little molasses. I have also been giving my dogs a scoop of ShowStopper vitamins and minerals.

How often should I give it to her. It's for arthritis. And can you give it to cats also?

I can get it was a powder at the HFS and mix it in her food. Recently I couldn't find the powder so just got caps and empty them in her food. I give her 500 mg a day for joint issues.
