I was walking(6-7 miles) in the Summer Heat... and then my hands swelled up and became stiff... I picked up my ailing car and went home... The effect lasted for an hour or two. Any clues to this symptom. I did drink a lot of liquids and added a pinch of Sea Salt to 3-4 glasses of water=otherwise perfect health for 3-4 years...
