the pain i had in lower abdomen is gone , i thimk that was toxic in colon, its gone now, i`ll be doing 4th flush in 8 days, BTW the pix i posted before the server is down , so i got a new serverr,i will post my 1st flush and 3rd flush pix.


i`m taking dietary supp now,
my BM had white foam in the morning, does any one knows what it is, the supp is suppose to clean liver too, i get disy some time for a moment, is that due to toxic comming out from liver,?
