Dr. Sutter -- I have been ripping the hair out of my head trying to determine if I have pinworms in my ears. I came across this webpage, which shows the 2005 case study of a very rare case of enterobius vermicularis (pinworms) infection in a patient's nose:

Note the second paragraph of the discussion section of each link which mentions rare cases occurring in the ears.
I'm not losing my mind! Although today I might go insane; with the full moon approaching, gravid females are going crazy in my ear, despite my constant garlic and GSE eardrops and GSE mouthwash. I can feel them come out, then recede again. And I'm on the 14th day of my cleanse! I must have no immune system left.
