Hi everyone.

It’s Day 13 of Humaworm. I have the following:
-mild sore throat
-very runny nose
-tired, lack energy
-sleeping more
-nasty heartburn (but controllable with ACV)
-a few spots
-a few strange very small hard spots on arms & legs
-lower back hurts and is weak

But the strangest thing is: I have goose bumps on my arms and legs, but I’m not cold, its actually quite warm. My skin looks a little like a plucked chicken and the hairs on my arms and legs are standing on end??

All of the above is more than manageable, just feels like I have a minor cold.

What is this goose bump thing?

Sunshine
