Thanks, but I've already tried figs and prunes-ate tons of them, with no luck. I drink tons of water, eat lots of fruit and veggies, and eat healthy, organic foods and excercise. I'm sure the cause is parasites. Just finished my parasite cleanse today though, so I have to wait 90 days to do another one, and want to do a colon cleanse in the meantime. Am doing Bentonite/Psyllium now, and that has been working very good for the last couple of months, but now the constipation is back. I'm up to 3 tablespoons of Psyllium, with no luck! I can get the money to buy a cleanse-as long as it's not some $500 one that I have to do every month!!..I just want to know the best one, to get rid of leftover parasites and clean out my colon. Is doing a good colon cleanse the best way to do this? Or would it be better, or just as good, to do a colonic or two, or some sort of enema? I'm just really scared of becoming dependent!

So where do you get this MH cleanse? I don't want something expensive that I have to take continously-if I have to pay a lot of money for a cleanse, I'm hoping I could find one that would clean me out in one or two cleanses....not something continous.
