I ended my
Water Fast quite sometime back..did it for some 7 days..then ate healthy for about a week..and now I am eating bad again :( . Everytime I pass by my kitchen i grab something to eat ! Last time I quit too early coz I was too bored and lacked the motivation. But now when I see people like lhasaodessa & Maverick, I want to start it all over again. Their dedication and will power seems contagious (atleast to me). But this time I want to do it properly and not jump into it with my eyes closed (thats what i did last time..now I sure know it doesnt work that way..i have gained back all my weight too ..sigh...). So I am planning on giving it a slow start. I am planning to cut out coffee and dinner for today and tomorrow..then slowly breakfast and then finally lunch).
I want to do it for 28 days, then be on juice for 7 days and start eating healthy.
I actually want to start the coming Tuesday, coz I will be real busy that day and wont think abt food !
