btw, i did my 3rd flush late last night, all green light green soild once came out, beside scramble egg like fat.
i feel week 3 flushes in 2 weeks,
my lower stomach mussle kind hurt,is that due to BM strain,
beside a light fever very light , its like comming dowen with cold,
i`ll see what happened , i ate cerial plain oat,
boild chicken no fat.
