Wow! It's been a long time since I've been here. I lost about 65
pounds this year (so far), and recently gained 15 back. Time to get back on track. I feel really clogged, between the junk food and the meds (prescription). I've been trying to get back to clean eating, but the cravings have been horrible. I'm going to do a liver flush, followed by an MC, followed by the diet I've been following to lose the weight. No more excuses, and I want to start with a clean(er) liver and colon!
So, today I started the high doses of apple juice. Continuing tomorrow. Tuesday a.m. I'll start with apple juice and the
Master-Cleanse drink, and after the flush will continue on the
Master-Cleanse for at least 10 days total.
I am off to a great start clearing out "most" of the junk food from the house. I have a few nights' worth of dinners cooked and ready for teenage son to heat up for suppertime each night. Now, I can concentrate on clearing out the junk, and improving my health!
