I pulled for the first time yesterday with Expeller pressed Sunflower oil. The guy at the health food store said expeller pressed was the same as cold pressed. My mouth does feel really clean and breath seems really fresh. But what i noticed mostly was everything seemed to taste really strong. I went to a baseball game yesterday and everything was overpowering in taste. Has anyone else encountered that? I was great for some things like beer (yum!) but others like cotton candy were way too sweet and I could only eat a few bites. Also I woke up this morning with 3 pimples in areas that I haven't gotten any since puberty. I haven't gotten pimples (except for my time of the month which it currently isn't) in years. I figured this is part of my detox, the toxins coming the surface or something. Anyway so far so good. I get bad migraines due to sinus problems and this morning i pulled again.
My sinus's are ok, not great yet, but seem ok.
