Hello everyone,
I completed my third flush and have finally seen the kinds of results I read about with no heart pain and no floating excess oil like in #1 and #2. Instead of fasting the day of the flush I fasted two days on water and apple juice and one quart of exra, extra strength Master-Cleanse Lemonade. (4 lemons to 1 quart water and maple syrup to taste) The apple juice helps keep me from being too hungry.The first day of fasting I took 6000mg of vitamin C and 3000 mg of magnesium oxide. Also had several warm water enemas to make sure there would be no blockage and provide a quick escape route. I was definetly cleaned out. Any way the night of the flush I followed all instructions except only half the amount of of required Epsom Salt in the grapefruit juice. Drank my oil mixture and off to bed with high hopes.

Well morning dawned and nothing special happened not even an urge to evacuate. Guess the C and magnesium really cleaned me out. So I took an enema and the progress began.

First trip to the potty I couldn't tell as I forgot to have the collander ready. Next three trips to the potty yeilded about 100 BB size tan stinky stones. I was so relieved as I was beginning to think it would take a few more failures to get here. I drank plenty of fluids and stared the day with more apple juice and later in the morning ate a ton of watermelon.

I did well most of the day till about 3:30 in the afternoon, started feeling feeling bloated with gas and extreme pain from it so thought I should do yet another enema. Oh man I could not count the stones that blew that time as most of it seemed to have been crushed to almost a powdery consistance. There must have been two or three or more cups of this stuff all tan colored like the previous stones. There were about ten larger near the marble size and one shaped almost like a cashew about an inch or better. I assume this is the one that caused me some pain through the night. I continued the past week to pass more tan stones most small and ocassional marble. I have had no ill effects of the heart pain that sent me to ER on the first one and I apparently absobed all of the oil this time too. I feel like I have finally begun to progress.
