Hello nutnberrygirl the nano b12 sounds great but the price is a little hard to swallow.I use instant energy b12 from now foods.I put a packet in my first green smoothie of the day.I will be trying the nano product in the future to see if theres a major differance in overall energy and well being.

Try it if you can afford it. You only need to take b-12 every other day, because your body can store it. I take a tablet that dissolves under the tongue by Jarrow.
