Hey all..
I'm on day #7 of the Humaworm cleanse, and just thought I'd add a few things on here about the experience and other thoughts, too, if that's ok.
Soo....not unlike several of the people doing this cleanse, I'm and def. seeing a decent amount of liver flukes, and what I believe are either Ascaris/roundworms, whatever. Nonetheless, there is no denying what is going on.. SIMPLY AMAZING. Kinda scary that this is reality for most of us, and we don't even know it...
I did want to make the point to those who have done or are doing the cleanse and feel disappointed about NOT seeing anything in their daily excursions to the bathroom. I think we are all conditioned, to a point, in wanting to see and know that things are working in such a way, and we can have some sort of visible proof there in the bowl, that lets us know that sure as *poop*--- we are def. harboring some nasty things that are possible culprits in our health issues, etc. I think it's important for everyone to try and reframe things in their minds when they go into this and realize that there aren't really always guaruantees that they will end up seeing the end results there in the toilet. If that's the case, I think it's a good thing to just accept that and instead pay very close attention to how their bodies and also their mental states are during the cleanse. I would even go so far as to encourage anyone doing this to keep a daily journal in order to jot things down as they come up as far as aches and pains, or improvements, etc., etc., etc.. This helps in really seeing just how much actually has occurred during a cleanse, that might be discarded mentally/not duly noted otherwise. Yes, seeing things in the toilet certainly helps in clarifying things, however, I think the state of one's mind and body tell even more in many ways.
My general state of mind alone has said alot; I find I am so much more centered and calm and just plain happy since starting this. I know that may sound hard to believe, but it is the truth. I think the proof though is in just going ahead and making the decision to try doing the cleanse for the 30 days and seeing for oneself.
Lastly, I know that in just these 7 days alone, I will never see things quite the same as far as health matters go in general, and the way our society has long lost the knowledge in using this type of method in getting clean and staying healthy. I think of all the stories out there that we have all heard or experienced firsthand with the allopathic doctors, who are stumped by all the mysterious health/mental problems of today. AND the standard solution: a prescription for anti-depressants 80% of the time when they can't seem to find "anything wrong". Hey, to be completely fair, this is how they've been trained, they don't know any better...so it's up to us, basically, to figure it out. Thankfully, we have the likes of RG & Humaworm to aid and guide us. Thank you, RG--not to sound mushy or preachy here, but you truly are doing God's work...
