Blood cleansers: The most well known blood cleaner is Red clover. About a hundred years ago old man Hoxie put one of his horses out to pasture because he didn't want to put him down. The horse had a nasty cancerous tumor on his leg. A couple of months go by and he notices that the cancerous growth is significantly reduced. A couple more months and the cancer is gone. So he looked at what the horse was eating. Red Clover. So he developed his red clover herbal product for other farmers to see if it would work for their horses as well. It did.
His son got a hold of it and refined it so people could use it. At one time Hoxie had 18 clinics here in the USA that had over an 80 percent success rate curing cancer. Of course that was back in the 30's and they made it illegal to transport his formula across state lines (sound familiar) and shut all of his clinics down on the same day back in 38 I believe.
The exact mechanism of how red clover cleans the blood I don't know. I'm sure it has something to do with akaline balance and forcing the bad stuff into the liver.
Since then there have been many other blood cleaners discovered. Barefoot would know more about it than I do.
Lymphatic cleansing is done mostly with the right exercises. Keeping the lymphatics moving. Rebounding on one of those little trampolines is the best lymphatic pump I know of. Walking is great also. Once the liver is open the lymphatics dump immediately. Then it's a matter of keeping the lymph diluted enough. Plenty of distilled water and fruit juices and fruit does the trick there.
Cellular cleaning is the good old antioxidents. Vitamin A, B, C, D, E, etc, and minerals. No synthetics in either the vitamins or minerals.
Once the liver is back on line, the colon clean and funtioning, and the parasites gone - watch out, disease goes away you get young again. The key to the whole show is liver decongestion so the blood and lymph CAN be cleaned. That happens autmatically once the colon and liver are handled. With clean blood and lymph the rest of the body "naturally" cleans because the debris from the cells can now be dumped into the blood and lymph to be taken to the liver and filtered out. Each time that cycle repeats itself you get healthier. Clean and feed - easy. Doc Sutter
So, keep the colon clean, the bugs gone and the liver decongested and it's almost easy to stay healthy. Avoiding the poisons in our food and society in general turns out to be the biggest problem.
