If you have a lot of trouble sleeping, Melatonin works very well, is less expensive and much easier to find. Neither product is necessary for a good flush, they are just to help you sleep.

if you can't find the L-ornithine, and I'm not sure why it's so hard to find in the Greater British Empire, you might try a homeopathic sleeping aid. Nelson's (from the UK) is very good. It's called Noctura. I find it at Boots in the UK, don't know if you have these in Australia. (It's available in some health food stores and drug stores in NYC -- don't know about elsewhere, in case anyone is wondering. You can very likely get it on line, though.)

Yes, the l-ornithine does mop up toxins -- specifically ammonia gas in your brain. I hope you can find the l-ornithine, but the Nelson's makes for a nice sleep, too. Follow the directions and start taking it a few hours before going to bed.

Did the Liver Flush last night! Got lots of mashed
"green peas" and green sludge. Not sure about any
"stones" as yet anyway. Still going to the toilet
though.

Taking the potions was fine ... just chug it down.
Felt queazy last night for a bit - felt a bit faint -
not very pleasant for a while but I slept for part of
the night. I woke up very early in the dark feeling
REALLY GREAT! Got up at 7am still feeling fantastic.
Felt a bit headachy and tired after that (toxins kicking
in?). Went back to bed and slept. Just had some lunch and
feel pretty much back to normal except that I am still
going to the toilet.
Overall it was OK. No pain. Although I had some nausea it
was short-lived and not severe. I will do it again.
