K, MH can and will answer for himself.
I'll just let you know what I've found ... I kept using my soaps and shampoo until I found something that looked like I could eat it if I so desired. No shampoo in the healthfood store looked very appetizing until I found Miracle Soap. It's pricey at $18 but it takes such a tiny bit that the bottle may well last me a year. It smells great. My hair and skin were drying out horribly ... my hair was turning to straw and my feet and legs looked like I coulda been used to make one great looking alligator bag!!! Coconut oil in place of makeup and lotions and taking it interally and my skin is getting a youthful luster back even tho I'm still drier than normal (I eat coconut oil daily too). The Miracle Soap for shampoo has literally restore the softness and shine to my hair and I haven't used 1/2" out of the bottle.
June, I got liquid. I got it at Earth Fare, my organic grocery store.
You know me, I've got a link where you can check out Bonner products, and looking for it, it dawns on my silly self that it's Magic, not Miracle, Soap:
