Sorghum is the most concentrated, probably 75-1. Most Maple Syrup is 40-50 to one. Sorghum grows fast and is a vegetable, so it is cheaper and has larger plant minerals that are human food, but not near as good as Maple Syrup that comes from the tree. Tree minerals are true human foods, super/super small minerals usable by the human body.
Sorghum is cheap and a family that makes it I personaly seen that they don't brush their teethe, have large heads and super white teethe that never decay. I would note, these same Amish also made their own Maple Syrup. Their religion forbid them to buy commercial sugars.
Maple Syrup is the best and most expensive, because it can only be made 1 month out of the year ONLY in cold climates. Sorghum can be raised on the farm and mass produced, but is labor intense, so only a hand full of Amish do it. I am phasing out selling Maple Syrup this year. I don't have much luch selling Sorghum Molasses, so I may phase it out as well. I will have these 2 products for my family for as long as we can find them, but to stock it for resell has never been a fruitful thing.
