After assimilating some of ML's recent responses to my posts, I have made an ajustment as follows:
Previously, drinking my alkalising with meals. This sometimes produced fatigue after meals and incomplete digestion of proteins {bubbles in urine}. Also, unacceptable swings in pH.
Now, drinking my alkalising drink first thing in morn, eating abt an hour or so later. Continuing to take my alkalising drink between meals. With meals I have abt 1/4 tsp ES, 1 heaping T BSM, 2 T ACV.
This has produced an immediate change. No bubbles in urine. No fading into fatigue or napping after meals. Stronger, more energy. Much smaller swings in pH, and less of an acidic swing in pH overnite.
Note: The BSM and ACV are both things many "experts" say should not have worked for me, as I had chronic candida/yeast infections till recently! The truth?
When I just used the alk drink, the c/y got better, but would flare up when NPN threw off my pH. Now, with EVEN MORE of what the experts told me not to use, I doubt I'll even get flare ups! Will give an update report as time goes on.
