#3. Fruit (not counting lemons or unsweetened cranberry)(I ate a lot of lemons with stevia in the beginging and some cranberry juice with stevia)

#2. Cheese made from cow's milk (in other words, not goat milk)
#2. Rice milk from the store (not homemade)
#3. Peanuts (after I figured out how bad they were I stopped eating them)
#3. Wheat
#2. Potatoes
#2. Corn
#1. Rice or rice flour
#1. Coffee (drink decaf)

I was prescribed ketoconazole 200mg once a day for 10 days, three separate times, a few months apart (I got the young PA to write it for me after doing research and not wanting to use stronger drugs or doses to prevent too much die off.)
Then I got diflucan 50 mg once a day for 10 days from a doctor (twice) and it worked so well I bought 50 pills online and took one a day for a month.
I still have the feeling there's some candida left in my head because there's a foul smell coming out of my ear on the side my eye hurts and my sinus clogs. I got vioform ear drops online and used it a week ago but it's come back this morning so I started again. I also use
H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) in my ear.
I'm happiest that I finally have my energy back and I can resume normal living. My knees have
Arthritis now and they bother me and so does my back but I'm sure it's from candida and it will just take more time to clear out. That's why I'm staying on this diet forever.
I only eat a few natural grains like oatmeal and corn tortillas and hardly eat any bread anymore. I only drink raw milk when I crave milk and pretty much stick to the diet. I eat a lot less chicken and meats now. My only real no-no is dark chocolate but it's a reward for a hard job well done that I deserve! It's getting less often too.
This whole experience has been a wake-up call that along with changing my diet changed me in many ways. I've been reading many spiritual books that also changed my life... Dr. Brian Weiss, "Only Love is Real" and "Same Soul, Many Bodies"; Elizabeth Kubler Ross's "The Wheel of Life", Wayne Dyer, Eckhart Tolle,
Andreas Moritz (a group in here called "Ask Andreas")"Timeless Secrets of Health and Rejuvenation" and many others.
It's a good time to catch up on reading and go back to school. But you can't worry about being an A student anymore. I was happy with C's. Another great surprise is my brain is starting to clear and work again also. It all takes patience, which was/is a hard lesson for me to learn.
Thanks for the interest North. I hope we can help others by telling our stories. I wish you well. How are you doing now, and how did you get there?
