Who would do this to an innocent dog? Animals are to be treated with respect and dignity.

What kind of person would commit such an atrocious act? This is animal cruelty at its worst:

    I'm not moving, just because some low-lifes killed an innocent dog in my area.
    
    People like that give Brentwood a bad reputation. Yes, my town have some unsavory characters, but that doesn't mean I should move. I take offense when they call my town a "ghetto".
